Bacon Pizza By Pig on a Spit - May 20, 2008 |

Recipe for making a bacon style pizza that makes a great dish for a midday or supper meal for two or more people.
Ingredients:
4 lean back bacon rashers.
1 large garlic flat bread.
3 x 15ml sp (3tbsp) tomato purée or tomato ketchup.
Quarter red pepper, seeded and cut into thin slices.
asparagus spears.
1 mushroom, quartered.
˝ small red onion, sliced.
3 thin slices courgette.
75g (3oz) mozzarella, sliced.
slices tomato.
Bacon Pizza Cooking Directions:
Place the bread on to a nonstick baking tray.
Spread the tomato ketchup or purče over the bread.
Top with remaining ingredients, leaving the tomatoes until last.
Place in a preheated 180C. oven and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with a tomato, red onion and pepper salad.
Serves 2 people.
