Barbecued Pork Recipe


Recipe for pork barbecued slowly over an open wood fire with baste.

 

Ingredients:

1 pork shoulder butt (shoulder).

1 gallon cider vinegar.

1 1/4 ounces red pepper flakes crushed.

6 ounces chili sauce.

10 ounces worcestershire sauce.

 

Cooking Directions:

Mix all sauce ingredients together to use as a basting
sauce for the meat.

The pork has to be barbecued long and slow over a wood fire.

It takes at least 1-1/2 hours per pound.
