Braciole di Maiale Grilled Pork Chops By Pig on a Spit - May 15, 2008 |

Very simple and easy to prepare Italian recipe to make six servings of Braciole di Maiale or grilled pork chops.
Ingredients:
Six pork chops
Fennel seeds
Salt to taste
Powdered hot pepper.
Grilling Directions:
Take the pork chops and pound them gently, rub them with powdered hot pepper and fennel seeds to taste.
Grill the meat over hot coals, turning the pieces once or twice, season them with salt, and serve.
Serves 6 people.
