A nice marinade for cooking pork with a subtle apple flavor.

Ingredients:

4-5 o. apple juice

2 chipotle peppers, canned

1 tbls. olive oil

4 cloves garlic

2 tbls. jalapeno jelly

1 tsp. oregano, mexican if possible

1 tbls. vinegar

1 tbls. ancho chile powder.

Cooking Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
