A very simple but effective and tasty marinade for barbeque pork or chicken pieces.

Ingredients:

1 small onion

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1 c white vinegar

1/2 c soy sauce

salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

Mix all the above ingredients together in a large bowl or dish.

Marinade the chicken pieces or pork ribs overnight, then barbeque.
