Pork Ribs Marinade

A very simple but tasty marinade for any type of pork ribs.

Many people recommend marinating pork ribs overnight in your favorite marinate before cooking. There are literally thousands of recipes for marinates. Garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and even Tabasco sauce can be used in different combinations. Just remember that the larger the piece of meat, the longer the marinate takes to penetrate.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon pork rub

2 tablespoon corn syrup

1 cup cider vinegar

1 cup water.

Directions:

Combine all above ingredients including the rub and allow the pork ribs to marinate overnight in the fridge.
